THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS IS PROHIBITED TO MINORS.
Users of the website www.citille.it declare that they are of legal age according to their applicable legislation. If there is no legislation on this matter, you must be at least 21 years old.
All public prices include VAT and do not include any taxes, duties, and fees applicable in the country of destination of the products and/or services if different from Italy. Such costs, varying from country to country, are the responsibility of the Customer, who is responsible for verifying their amount with the competent customs authorities.
Legal Warranty of Conformity:
Products purchased on www.citille.it are covered by the legal warranty of conformity of goods, art.128 and following of the Consumer Code.
The legal warranty lasts two years and must be asserted by the consumer within 2 months of discovering the defect.
Online Dispute Resolution:
Pursuant to European Union Regulation No. 524/2013, European Consumers are informed that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool.
This tool can be used by European Consumers to resolve any dispute relating to online sale contracts for goods and services non-judicially. Consequently, if you are a Consumer established in Europe, you can use this platform to resolve any dispute arising from the online contract concluded on this site. These General Conditions are governed by Italian law, as is each Sales Contract, and subject to Italian jurisdiction. Any dispute relating to the General Conditions or the Sales Contracts will be under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.

Citille di Sopra apologizes for any spelling, typing, or translation errors in the texts and disclaims any responsibility for any moral or material damage resulting from them.
In case of defective goods:
In case of defective goods:
- They can be returned to www.citille.it within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping and packaging costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.
- The defective goods will be replaced or refunded (if out of stock) by Citille di Sopra.
In case of damaged shipment:
If you receive packages from Citille di Sopra visibly damaged by the courier (broken packaging or visibly stained by wine leakage from any broken bottles), you can do as follows:
- If it concerns multiple packages, refuse the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier's delivery note "With Reservation". We will then take care of the return of the damaged package and resend it to you.
- If it concerns a single package shipment, refuse the shipment to the sender, and as before, we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment.
In case of exhaustion of the broken product, you will be contacted for a possible replacement; if you do not find any replacement product in our catalog, Citille di Sopra will refund the amounts paid. Any shipping costs for the return of the damaged package to the sender and delivery of the new one are completely borne by us.
Non-compliant wine:
Non-compliant wine refers to wines that have characteristics different from the producer's quality standards. For example, the typical smell and taste of “cork” rather than liquid leakage or labels completely damaged during transport.
When the wine is non-compliant, it can be replaced, provided it is still available, at no additional cost to the customer. If the wine is no longer available, the amount spent is refunded.
From the moment the customer detects a presumed non-compliance, they must report via email to info@citille.com the presumed non-compliance of one or more bottles from one or more wineries within 24 months of purchase and no later than two months from the discovery of the defect. The report must include the order number and the pick-up address, as well as the description of each non-compliant bottle and the non-compliant quantity.
This way, Citille di Sopra arranges, through its courier, a free pick-up at the address indicated in the email.
The product or products must be returned with at least 2/3 of the original content and sealed with the original cork properly trimmed. The return package must be entrusted to the courier in the original packaging to protect the transport of the wine. This procedure is necessary for Citille di Sopra to be reimbursed by the producer or the responsible party.
Once the wine has been returned and the non-compliance evaluated, a new shipment of bottles of the same type and vintage is immediately arranged, if still available, or the amount spent is immediately refunded.
The procedure used involves the minimum necessary bureaucracy for appropriate checks and is completely free of charge for the customer.
In case of dispute, the bottles remain available to Citille di Sopra for subsequent judgments by the competent authorities, and the costs of courier pick-up are charged to the customer.
Right of withdrawal:
Information on the right of withdrawal
Purchases on the website www.citille.it are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.
Conditions of the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you received the goods in which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
Methods
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit declaration, for example, a letter sent by email to info@citille.com or by ordinary mail to the following address: Citille di Sopra - Loc. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments you made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your possible choice of a type of delivery different from the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund may be withheld beyond 14 days only until you have provided proof of having returned the goods or until they have been received by us, whichever comes first.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such a refund. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Please return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.
The purchased item must be substantially intact; we recommend paying the utmost attention when preparing the package, for example, using the original packaging.
Exclusions from withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code:
- the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
- the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery;
- the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods by their nature;
- the supply of alcoholic beverages, whose price was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, which can only be delivered after thirty days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by the trader;
