After a careful selection of the grapes and a long fermentation, this wine rests for 24 months in oak barrels and for 12 in barriques. Complex and elegant, the wine is aged in the bottle for at least 8 months. A wine of great structure and complexity, it goes well with game dishes and savory cheeses.

Fresh and elegant wine, it too is produced exclusively with Sangiovese. This wine is released on the market from September 1st following the harvest. The alcoholic fermentation followed by a short maceration allows us to extract delicate tannins, enhancing the softness and leaving ample space for the fresh aromas characteristic of young wines.
Produced with Sangiovese grapes, is vinified with traditional methods handed down for generations, the alcoholic fermentation of this wine expresses the qualities of Sangiovese, however maceration on the skins is avoided. In this way we obtain a product with less aggressive tannins, making it soft and round already after a few months.
